Job description

Perform highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain the propertys facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

Complete maintenance projects and work in accordance with hotels quality requirements ensuring all basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out.

Have responsibility for preventative maintenance work and carrying out regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel(s) to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues guests and visitors.

Supervisecontractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.

Play a vital role in the Health & Safety Committee for the site.
