Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role is ideal but open to proactive Maintenance Engineers.
• Must be comfortable handling electrical issues on site.
• Should adhere to food safety and health safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all PPMs are carried out and recorded.
• Organise paperwork and workload for engineers on shift.
• Liaise with suppliers to maintain sufficient on-site stock.
• Create development objectives for all engineers.
• Motivate and lead engineers on shift.
