Salary: £60,000 – £63,000

Shift: 4on 4off Days & Nights

Location: Desford

Job Description:

Madisons Engineering are working with a leading national processing plant who are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, this is the PERFECT ROLE for a senior engineer or a maintenance team leader looking to step up into a more managerial role. The Maintenance Team Leader will play a major role in the planning of projects and organising the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and involved in CAPEX project. This is a great opportunity to join as an Engineering Manager as the company have big plans for the future. The Engineering manager will also benefit from working with a forward thinking business who invest heavily into training and development of their staff.

Skills required for the Electrical Maintenance Team Leader:

• Control and manage maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimise risk of downtime.
• Implement a planned maintenance system
• Must have an Electrical Qualification
• Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow up to identify corrective actions.
• Co-ordinate all activities associated with CAPEX applications and delivery of approved projects.
• Deliver great leadership and coaching to staff across the business.
• Plan, co-ordinate and manage all site engineering and maintenance activities, safely and within agreed budget
• Ensure that all engineers and suppliers are compliant with SHEQ expectations
• Engineering Manager must have an engineering qualification
