A leading housing association in the UK is looking for a technical support role to investigate and resolve maintenance issues. You'll provide essential support to trades teams and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive benefits package including 25 days of holiday and flexible working options. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the investigation, identification, diagnosis and problem solving of day to maintenance issues raised either internally or by our customers. You'll own the day to day technical support for your locality, allowing our in house trades delivery teams and external contractors to carry works required at first visit.
There will be some travel involved with this role so you should be happy to travel, have access to a car and a full UK driving licence. This role is also subject to a basic DBS disclosure.
