Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and support operatives delivering repairs.

  • Ensure a customer-focused approach by monitoring repair quality.
  • Plan and manage operatives' workloads and training needs.
