About the Role:

The Maintenance Supervisor at Cadence at Bluff Park, AL53, plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential properties within our real estate portfolio. This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, and leading a team of maintenance technicians to deliver timely and high-quality service. Minimum Qualifications:
