Ernest Gordon Recruitment is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Hydraulics / Pneumatics) based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The role is full time and pays £55,000 - £60,000 with 4 on 4 off shifts, training, progression and benefits.

You will lead a small team as the technical expert, working autonomously on hydraulic and pneumatic systems within an aerospace business.

Candidates with hands-on experience and a proactive approach will fit well and enjoy a stable, long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience leading a small maintenance team is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly autonomous role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small maintenance team and act as the technical expert.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and diagnostics on hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to minimise downtime.
