Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of hotel maintenance, including pool and spa facilities.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team and coordinate works, liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the building.
• Be hands-on when required and contribute to maintenance planning and execution.
• Help shape and develop the maintenance team within the department.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards.
