A regional healthcare provider in Coventry is seeking a Maintenance Shift Technician with a mechanical bias. This role involves unsupervised maintenance and fault-finding on hospital equipment, emergency response, and supervising contractors. Applicants should have strong mechanical skills and the ability to operate under pressure. A commitment to the well-being of patients and safety standards is essential.
To work as part of an inhouse maintenance shift team to provide a total planned and reactive maintenance service. To be responsible for giving a Trust wide service in accordance with the duties and responsibilities given below.
Shift pattern: 2 on-3 off-2 on rotating shift pattern days/nights, 37.5 hours based on a 4-week period.
