We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient scheduling of responsive repairs, voids, and gas services. You will help ensure a smooth and customer-focused service delivery, working closely with Operatives, Engineers, Supervisors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Raise, allocate, monitor and control workflows for responsive, void, and gas works to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Manage Operative and Engineer diaries to minimise downtime and maintain accurate, real-time data throughout the day.
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve queries, ensure updates are shared, and elevate issues where necessary.
  • Monitor and support compliance with health and safety standards, service KPIs and ensure financial and data accuracy.
