Job description
Maintenance Scheduler

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Maintenance Scheduler based in Aberdeen. This will be on a PAYE contract basis initially until the end of July 2026. This is to provide maintenance scheduling support across multiple assets.

Responsibilities
  • Creation and monitoring of 7-day weekly plans to ensure asset priorities and backlog targets are met.
  • Monitor resource levels against SAP Data and identify shortfalls where appropriate.
  • Reviews outstanding jobs/work scopes and agrees work prioritisation with respective leadership teams both on and offshore.
  • Liaises with engineering/operations personnel to ensure availability of materials and vendors to meet planned and scheduled dates to ensure maintenance plans readiness for execution by the maintenance teams.
  • Ensures the application of the work order management system are consistently applied across all Offshore and Onshore maintenance and engineering disciplines, particularly initial work order generation and work order close out on completion of tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive experience in scheduling for multiple assets.
  • Subject Matter Expert in SAP (preferred)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels, to develop and foster effective working relationships .
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to deliver.
