Immediate Start – Maintenance Resource Planner (Temporary Role)

Are you ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis, with an immediate start.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £16.82

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Installation Director, you’ll be the key link between customers and Maintenance Technicians—planning and coordinating maintenance work while ensuring full compliance with regulations and company policies.

Your responsibilities will span:

  • Health & Safety: Championing safe practices and ensuring compliance with life‑saving rules.
  • Customer Service: Acting as the main point of contact for maintenance‑related queries, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Supporting technician performance, development, and scheduling.
  • Operational Support: Planning jobs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring certifications are up to date.
  • Administration: Managing purchase orders, documentation, and month‑end reconciliation.
