An environmental company in the UK is looking for a Maintenance & Repair Engineer to provide service to customers. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, installation, and reporting. Qualifications

Job Description

Location: Lake District, Cumbria

Salary: Up to £40,000 (Basic Salary, overtime and call out rota standby) based on experience

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 48 hours

Role Accountabilities
  • Field Based Service Engineer.
  • Deliver maintenance and repair service to CSG Hutchinson’s customers, domestic and commercial.
  • Diagnose, problem‑solve and quote for repairs.
  • Provide installation and refurbishment service of pump stations, treatment plants and interceptors.
  • Maintain and update maintenance reports.
  • Comply with Group H & S policies and behaviours.
  • Demonstrate CSG management performance behaviours.
Person Specification
  • Positive attitude and good customer service.
  • Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Qualifications and/or experience in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
  • Knowledge of sewage treatment plant and pumping stations desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Able to work alone and within a larger team.
