Are you a Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager / Reliability Manager with a proven background within the food and FMCG industries?

This is a unique opportunity to join an already successful business, who are currently going through a rapid, and very exciting transformation period - with huge inward investment. My Derbyshire based client is a very successful food manufacturer - there simply isn't a better time to join!

The role will be wonderfully diverse, combining elements of team management whilst ensuring the engineering strategy for the site is on the correct path for huge success with a heavy impetus on reliability. Working closely with other Senior Managers on site you will be gifted with plenty of autonomy to get the results you want!

You will be managing a stable team of skilled engineering personnel, and this will involve planning and delegating workloads, TPM, Reliability planning, RCA planning, writing and maintaining PPM / CMMS, performance management, budgetary control, with the ultimate aim of getting your team working happily, efficiently and effectively!

With a huge amount of investment currently happening you will also be involved in project work with ongoing improvements and installation happening throughout.

Food / FMCG experience is key, as is a proven background in this sector as a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager, with experience of leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.
