Job summary

HVAC Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Plumber for a mobile role based in Manchester, covering commercial offices with free parking on site. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, documenting risks and maintenance logs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role offers a relaxed work environment with flexible hours and the possibility to earn overtime. On-call duty is once every 14 weeks, with door-to-door travel paid and parking provided at sites.

Role Overview

This position offers a relaxed work environment with flexible hours, ideal for someone seeking a less stressful job with reduced travel and overtime. However, there is an opportunity to earn additional income through overtime if desired.

You will be on-call only once every 14weeks, covering your usual sites and occasionally some additional locations, any travel during on-call duty is paid door-to-door, and free parking is available at all sites. Call-outs are infrequent.
