Maintenance Plumber - High-End Residential Sites

Location: Belgravia & Victoria, London

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Overtime

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join the on‑site engineering team supporting Grosvenor Estates across the prestigious squares of Belgravia and Victoria. This is a semi‑static role, with all sites within roughly a mile of each other, easily accessible on foot. You'll work as part of a multi‑skilled team covering plumbing and general building services across high‑end commercial and residential properties.

This is a well‑run, highly regarded contract with an excellent team culture. Multiple engineers have successfully joined since the contract transitioned last year.

What You'll Be Doing

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations
• Supporting electrical, mechanical, and fabric teams where required
• Ensuring compliance and maintaining high‑quality service standards
• Working across premium estate properties within walking distance of each other
