A leading beverage company is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Northampton to ensure effective planning and coordination of maintenance activities. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing maintenance schedules, and optimizing spare parts to minimize downtime. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of related experience, with familiarity in CMMS systems and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. The main purpose of the role of the Maintenance Planner is to ensure the effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of Asset Care activities to maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives – all undertaken within a lean manufacturing context (Carlsberg Excellence).
