Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a hands-on Pub Maintenance Person for The Old Windmill in South Hanningfield. You’ll fix and maintain the pub and ensure a welcoming environment for guests, with attention to safety and quality.

The role offers up to £14 per hour plus tips, paid overtime, and about 24 hours per week with flexible shifts. Benefits include staff discounts, Nest pension, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks (painting, woodwork, and basic plumbing).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Willingness to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the pub in top condition.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Acertification in electrical competence helpful but not essential.
