Job summary

McDonald's in Norwich is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean, safe and well‑maintained. You'll cover a varied scope of duties from interior/exterior checks to small repairs, landscaping, painting and coordinating with external contractors as needed.

• Support the restaurant by keeping equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
• Complete tasks in line with training and company guidelines.
• Follow all workplace safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.

What does a day as a Maintenance Person look like?

As a Maintenance Person, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant, covering a varied scope of responsibilities across the site, ensuring the restaurant is set up for success to deliver a great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

As a key part of the restaurant team, you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out.
