Job summary

Pure Care Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Person for a nursing home in West Molesey. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £15.00 per hour. You will help ensure the home and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and presentable to residents, staff, and visitors.

Work closely with the management team to identify and address maintenance issues, carry out repairs, and maintain a comfortable environment. Prior care home experience is useful but not essential.

• Liaise with external contractors when specialist work is required.

We are working with a welcoming and well-established 35-bedded nursing home in West Molesey to recruit a reliable and practical Maintenance Person to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous maintenance experience who enjoys keeping a care home safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.

Position: Maintenance Person

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday only

About the Role

As the Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for helping to ensure the home and its facilities are safe, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard.

You will work closely with the management team to identify and address maintenance issues, carry out general repairs, and help maintain a comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
