McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You’ll inspect and maintain interior and exterior areas, coordinate with contractors, and support smooth daily operations across Early Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings. Full training provided; join a team that values safety, courtesy, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Inspect the restaurant’s interior and exterior to ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor non-electrical repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and crew.
• Organise, receive, and rotate food deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely repairs with minimal disruption.
• Support the restaurant’s functionality by keeping equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
• Complete tasks in line with training and company guidelines.
• Follow all workplace safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
• Work as a supportive team member and contribute to a positive environment.

What does a day as a Maintenance Person look like?

As a Maintenance Person, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant, covering a varied scope of responsibilities across the site, ensuring the restaurant is set up for success to deliver a great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
