Rydon Homes Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic painter to join our NHS properties maintenance team. The role involves painting common spaces both inside and outside across NHS estate buildings in Bromley, Bexley, Erith and Sidcup.

The ideal candidate will have painting experience, ideally in NHS or commercial decorating environments, and possess a Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for travel between sites. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Our NHS healthcare team provide as part of our contract a redecorating programme across several NHS properties we manage each year. To enable us to continue to deliver an excellent quality of service, we are looking for an enthusiastic painter to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have previous painting experience, ideally gained within the NHS or a commercial decorating environment. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail to ensure that we are able to provide a quality finish for our NHS clients. You will need to hold a Full UK Driver's License and have access to your own vehicle for travel (Travel for business miles will be paid).

Rydon Maintenance provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors. We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts, residential homes and educational facilities. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose.

This varied role will involve painting the common spaces internally and externally within a range of our NHS estate buildings including patient common areas and inpatient facilities. Sites are located around Bromley, Bexley, Erith and Sidcup so you will need access to your own vehicle for travel. What we can offer you;
