Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks at the care home, including basic plumbing and decorating.
  • Keep the premises secure and carry out scheduled checks throughout the home.
  • Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks with independence and initiative.
About you
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating is common for successful Maintenance Operatives.
