Maintenance Operative - Buildings and Grounds

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic operative within a vibrant and progressive Estates Maintenance Service.

Estates Management Team aims to provide an excellent support service to Trust assets, its patients, staff and visitors.

Main duties of the job

You will be part of a modernising team providing general maintenance to the built environment and support to a wide portfolio of buildings including working within the Trusts community premises. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an understanding of all general maintenance activities, be a dedicated team player, and have a proven track record, being qualified to NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent standard NVQ Level 2/3 in a suitable building programme or provide equivalent academic or vocational experience.
