Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our client’s team based in Ascot. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to take pride in maintaining high standards across the offices and surrounding grounds (non-gardening), ensuring all facilities are well cared for and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the site, including offices and external areas.
  • Perform routine inspections and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
  • Support the team in ensuring a safe, clean, and functional working environment.
  • Work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Safely lift and move heavy items using the appropriate equipment provided.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers where necessary to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is essential.
  • A valid UK driver’s licence is required.
  • Ideally holds a City & Guilds qualification or other relevant certification.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
