Job summary

Catch 22 is seeking reliable, hands-on Temporary Maintenance Operatives to support a wide range of sites across London and surrounding areas with flexible, full-time hours and weekly pay.

You'll carry out general maintenance, painting, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, assemble shelving and furniture, and ensure safety and site procedures are followed. Immediate starts for the right candidates. Pay is £15.72 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical maintenance.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of sites.
• Painting and decorating duties to maintain site appearance.
• Assembling, moving, and organising shelving, furniture, and equipment.
• Completing basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks and replacing taps.
• Undertaking basic electrical tasks including replacing bulbs and carrying out simple repairs where appropriate.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures.
