A community housing organization in Tees Valley is seeking a maintenance operative to support their repairs team. In this role, you will perform various maintenance tasks, including repairing roofs and working at height. Ideal candidates will possess strong teamwork skills and a willingness to mentor others. The organization values collaboration and aims to provide homes and services that enhance customer lives.

As a maintenance operative, you will have a varied role and supporting colleagues with tasks such as repairing roofs, installing, removing or repairing fences and gates and much more. You’ll need to be a great team player, as from time to time you’ll work collaboratively with caretakers as well as other departments in the business. This role will also involve working at height.
