Job summary

Bude Coastal Resort is seeking a Maintenance Operative to perform general upkeep across the resort and support trades such as plumbing, electrics, carpentry and painting. The role requires a hands-on approach and flexibility for weekend and bank holiday shifts.

The successful candidate will join a small team, enjoy a family-run atmosphere, and receive training, career progression, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• General understanding of basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry and painting.
• Hands-on individual capable of supporting a variety of maintenance tasks around the resort.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort facilities and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting as needed.
• Work 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays.

Salary:£12.71 per hour (depending on experience and to be discussed at interview)

Hours:40 hours (Full Time), including weekends and bank holidays.

Our new management team are looking for a suitably skilled general Maintenance Operative.An ideal candidate will have a general understanding and experience of basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry and painting, and you'll need to be a 'hands-on' individual who is happy to support with a variety of maintenance tasks around the resort!
