Job summary

The Housing Network is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to handle responsive property tasks across Oxford, Basingstoke, Slough and surrounding areas. The role covers painting, basic plumbing, carpentry, lock changes, gardening and general repairs.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in maintenance, a driving licence, and be capable of working on the road with adaptability and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Basic carpentry including door hanging.
  • Essential: Lock changing.
  • Driving licence is required.

  • Oversee maintenance of common part areas.

Location - Oxford, Basingstoke, Slough, and surrounding areas, covering the South Central region.

Salary - £35,000 Per Annum

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Job Overview

This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance.
