Overview

Maintenance Operative
Location: Northampton & surrounding NN postcodes
Pay Rate: £18.20 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Safely and effectively manage and use tools and equipment
• Work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Maintain accurate records of work completed via IT systems
• Support colleagues and uphold high property standards
• Provide wider business support when needed
