About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Operatives to join the Voids Team with a leading facilities management contractor. You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of multi-trade maintenance tasks across void (vacant) properties in both Norwich and Ipswich area, helping prepare homes for new tenants. The ideal candidate will be a well‑rounded operative with experience in carpentry, plumbing, and painting. Experience fitting fire doors is a plus, but not essential.

• Travelling to various sites across Norwich and Ipswich area

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Own van preferred (mileage reimbursed at £0.45/mile)
• Van can be provided for the right candidate
