Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a friendly and reliable Maintenance Operative for Birchwood Grange Care Home in London. You will maintain the building and grounds, carry out routine tasks, minor repairs, and assist residents with room setup to ensure a comfortable environment.
Key duties include decorating, ordering replacement items, and providing out-of-hours on-call cover. The role requires a driving licence, a year of maintenance or trade experience, and knowledge of health and safety
Shift Details: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday + occasional weekend support when required

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Maintenance Operative willbetoensurethe building and grounds are wellmaintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systemswhilstensuringfacilities are fully functional.
