Maintenance Operative

(AHA Grade 4 - £39,536 to £43,927)

Angus Housing Association is a key provider of affordable housing for rent in Dundee and Angus.We have Offices in Arbroath and Dundee from which we manage over 2,000 houses.

We are looking to recruit an experienced handyperson/joiner within our Asset Management department, to assist with meeting the needs for our tenants by carrying out small day to day repairs.

The role offers a fantastic opportunity for a trades qualified person to work as part of our team and to ensure that our tenants continue to live in good quality, safe accommodation.

The successful applicant should:

·have proven experience of undertaking general repairs in domestic residential properties in the joinery/carpentry trades

·be comfortable with day-to-day lone working and working as part of the wider Asset Management team

·have an awareness of health and safety requirements

·demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism
