A leading student accommodation provider in Birmingham is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure operational excellence of building facilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong maintenance skills and experience in a customer-facing environment. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, conducting inspections, and performing safety compliance. Salary: £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Our Maintenance Operative play a critical function, ensuring the smooth running of operational building facilities. This is a customer-facing environment where you will be responsible for maintaining Vita Student’s highest building standards.
Holidays are paid on a pro-rata basis which is reflective of hours worked. Customer Service Assistants will receive 28days paid holiday including England & Wales Bank Holidays, pro-rata.
