An advocacy organization in Belfast seeks a Building Maintenance Officer to oversee repairs and ensure health and safety measures are upheld. This role will be based in Unite’s Belfast office in the Ireland Region
Senior Regional Administrator
Grade 5 – £37,294 per annum full time (rising to £39,904 per annum full time after 12 months in post)
Permanent
34 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4pm with flexibility to work outside normal contractual hours occasionally for operational requirements
36 days annual leave plus a final salary pension scheme
To carry out building maintenance duties and repairs in a timely manner and to ensure that health, safety and security measures are in place for the use of visitors and employees.
