Post Title: Maintenance Officer

Location: Inverness

Hours: 35 Hours Per Week

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £34,034 - £38,056 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose

To provide a high quality, effective, and customer-focused Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance service for gas and non-gas heating systems, electrical servicing, and other cyclical maintenance activities across Highland.

Requirements
  • Recognised trade apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 years as a tradesman and at least 3 years in a supervisory role, OR relevant experience in property maintenance management with a significant property portfolio, OR experience as a Clerk of Works / Building Services Inspector in a similar organization.
  • Member of, or working towards, a recognised relevant Professional Institute.
  • ONC/HNC/SVQ 3 in an appropriate discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
