Job description
Overview

We are seeking a enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our busy customer focused Estates department. You will support a proactive maintenance service which meets the needs of the college now and in the future, by being innovative in its approach to planned and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for general maintenance supporting all aspects of the estates department.

Working hours and shift pattern

The post holder requires flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern. Working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The shifts are rotated between the team, hours will be discussed at interview. Whilst your main days of work will be Monday‑Friday, you will be required to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday to cover events such as open days.
