As a Maintenance Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, secure, and well‑maintained. Your day‑to‑day work will include carrying out routine repairs and general maintenance tasks such as painting, plastering, lock changes, and basic plumbing. You'll also be the go‑to person for urgent and emergency repairs, helping us keep our homes in excellent condition for the people who live in them.
