Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative and reactive maintenance, focused on fabric works.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks (bonus if you've got the skills!).
• Oversee void property turnarounds to ensure smooth tenant transitions.
• Manage Legionella control and support Asbestos safety (training provided).
• Work alongside specialist contractors for electrical, gas, and HVAC.
