Salary: Grade 7 - £39,072 to £44,619
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer with strong technical knowledge in building safety and water systems to join a respected housing association on a long-term project. This temp-to-perm opportunity suits someone who works autonomously, ensures compliance, and can make a real impact across multiple homes.
This is a long-term programme covering multiple residential properties, expected to take around two years to complete. You will play a key role in ensuring water safety and compliance across the portfolio, with strong potential for a permanent position.
