A prominent educational institution in Bury is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time maintenance role. Responsibilities include maintaining buildings to a high standard and handling plumbing, decorative, and maintenance tasks. The position operates on a shift rota, including evening shifts. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who will respond positively to working within a team and the challenges of managing a rapidly developing site. Maintaining all the existing buildings to a high standard is a key college management priority. This role includes a lot of manual handling as well as plumbing, decorative and maintenance work. The premises team also operate a shift pattern rota which includes evening shifts, once every four weeks. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with a salary of £26,818 per annum (Point 9 of the Support Staff Salary Spine).
