A leading luxury department store in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Nightshift Supervisor to lead its night shift team. The role involves overseeing maintenance tasks, managing a skilled team of fabric engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery, experience in multiple trades, and strong leadership abilities. Our Engineering team is now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our night shift team and ensure our iconic Knightsbridge store is maintained to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a department that keeps Harrods running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of in-house Fabric Engineers to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across the Harrods estate. You’ll report to the Maintenance Assistant Manager and play a key role in ensuring all work meets industry best practice and Health & Safety standards.
You will be working a shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off 7pm‑7am.
