Position overview:

As the Maintenance Mechanic, you’re a key member of the Milton Keynes team, supporting the plant's overall business plans and objectives.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Complying with practices, policies, and procedures in the plant
• Taking ownership of the production area to create a safe and efficient work environment
• Demonstrating mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Inspecting in-process or finished products to ensure quality targets are met
• Assisting with equipment maintenance through routine checks and lubrication
• Initiating and supporting lean and improvement initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Mechanical and/or maintenance skills (gained via apprenticeship or experience)
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools
• Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English
