Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Maintenance Manager to oversee the smooth running of an extensive UHNW private property portfolio in Surrey. This role will take ownership of four properties, ensuring all mechanical, electrical and specialist systems are well‑maintained and operate seamlessly at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the in‑house maintenance team
  • Manage and coordinate all external contractors attending the properties
  • Oversee and maintain all estate systems, including:
  • Pool and spa
  • AV and lighting controls
  • HVAC and BMS
  • Ensure all systems are functioning correctly through daily oversight
  • Manage the planned preventative maintenance calendar, ensuring works are scheduled and completed to the highest standard
  • Respond to and coordinate reactive maintenance as required
  • Monitor contractor performance and verify work completion to specification
  • Liaise with the management team regarding maintenance and repair budgets
  • Hands‑on with simple tasks to ensure cost efficiency and bring work in‑house where appropriate
