Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or supervising engineering teams in a maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding of site engineering compliance and maintenance systems.
• Experience within FMCG or manufacturing, ideally food or chilled environment.

• Lead, support and develop the onsite engineering and maintenance teams.
• Ensure effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance activities.
