What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop the maintenance team to meet luxury hospitality standards
  • Implement and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and SOPs
  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness at all times
  • Leverage technology for efficient scheduling, tracking, and task completion
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects with operations, housekeeping, and construction teams
