Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Rubislaw Park Care Home, Aberdeen, Scotland

Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week, £13.50 per hour.

Pension scheme, Paid PVG, Uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave.

Your Role

• Carry out day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Keep grounds tidy and conduct regular safety checks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Support larger refurbishment projects.
• Work closely with the team to ensure everything is safe, well‑maintained and welcoming.
• Participate in the on‑call rota; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
