Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced HV Maintenance Manager (SAP) to lead delivery of critical maintenance across the UK. You will oversee planned and reactive HV work, coordinate engineers and contractors, and ensure safety and technical excellence.

Are you an experienced Senior Authorised Person with a strong background in High Voltage maintenance looking to lead the delivery of critical maintenance services across the UK?

Do you want to join a specialist engineering business where you'll play a key leadership role, managing operational delivery while ensuring the highest standards of safety, technical excellence and customer service?

This growing High Voltage engineering company delivers installation, maintenance and lifecycle asset management services across private and commercial HV networks. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced HV Maintenance Manager (SAP) to oversee contracted maintenance services and support the continued growth of their maintenance division.

In this role, you'll manage planned preventative maintenance, fault response and emergency repair activities across multiple client sites. You'll coordinate engineers and contractors, provide technical SAP support, oversee programme delivery, manage client relationships and ensure compliance with Distribution Safety Rules and company procedures.

The ideal candidate will hold current SAP authorisation up to 33kV with extensive experience delivering High Voltage maintenance services. Previous experience managing maintenance contracts, coordinating operational teams and supporting commercial performance would be highly advantageous.

• Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
