Are you looking for a stable Engineering Maintenance Manager role in a high speed environment? Do you have experience managing a team of maintenance engineers in a high paced manufacturing environment? Based in Rugby, this company is an established Manufacturer with a fantastic reputation. In this role you will have full autonomy of a team of engineering maintenance staff – your main focus will be to manage and fully develop the engineering operation in line with business requirements.
