The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing health & safety, IT, and engineering operations within the hotel.
2. Ensuring hotel facilities are maintained in optimal condition through preventive maintenance and repairs of plant and machinery, including heating, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
3. Collaborating with Front Office and Housekeeping teams to maintain the hotel’s standards of repair and maintenance.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Previous experience in a similar maintenance role.
2. Relevant qualifications in plumbing, electrical, or joinery work.
3. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
4. A positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility to handle various requests.
5. Good command of English and professional appearance.
